Eric Leclercq takes on the role of Director of Technical Expertise
Since 2019, Eric has developed his expertise within DOSIM, progressing from Technical Expert and Facility Services Manager to Head of Technical Experts in 2022, before taking on his current role as Director of Technical Expertise.
In this position, he leads a team of technical experts and estimators, helps structure standards and practices, and ensures compliance with applicable regulations and legal requirements. Supporting Management on technical matters, he works in a rich and varied environment that enables him to contribute actively to the development of the Group’s technical activities.
Beyond his expertise, he believes that this type of role requires strong technical versatility and a comprehensive understanding of real estate.
Committed to knowledge sharing, he makes sure to pass on his expertise and support his teams in their development, combining high standards, a supportive approach and a strong focus on results.
