Privacy Policy

Privacy and data protection are very important for the DOSIM Group.
We therefore undertake to comply with the Swiss data protection law and the current EU data protection regulations.
In this context, we inform you about the data that we store and the use that we make of it.

1. What is personal data?

Personal data is information relating to an individual, such as their name, address, telephone number, date of birth or email address. This information is not processed systematically but only under certain conditions.

2. Why is personal data collected and for what purposes is it processed?

In general, certain types of data make it possible to optimise access to the desired information. Thus, your IP address or the default language used on your browser allows you to view the correct version of the website, in the language that suits you.
Access to certain services via forms such as, for example, the contact form, the spontaneous application form or the form to respond to a job offer, as well as access to more specific services such as access to personal accounts allowing you to access services, or tools, may require the collection of personal information about you in order to be able to provide the relevant service or the requested follow-up and ensure the security of online data or information.
We collect personal data directly from you, with your consent, or based on the data you send us in writing.
Our site also uses cookies that are not intended to specifically identify the user. These cookies are of the type: _ga, _gat, _gid, etc. They allow us to analyse the navigation paths, the location of visitors as a whole and, more generally, to obtain information that allows us to improve the quality of our services and our interfaces. If you wish, you can configure your browser to refuse cookies.
If we receive personal data that we do not need or that is not necessary for the provision of the desired services, we destroy such data or render it anonymous.
You have the right not to provide information, personal data or to identify yourself. However, in this case, we may not be able to provide you with the desired services or information.

3. Is personal data transmitted to third parties?

As a matter of principle, we do not transmit your personal data to third parties except for maintenance needs, services provided by certain suppliers, within a legal framework, or if you authorise us to do so. In the case of service providers for data processing or for services necessary for the services and information offered, they, whether domiciled in Switzerland or abroad, are mandated and required to respect the confidentiality and protection of personal data.
The DOSIM Group does not market the personal data collected and does not share it with any third party company except in the cases mentioned in the previous paragraph and except within the companies and units of the DOSIM Group.

4. How is personal data stored and secured?

We retain personal data as long as necessary for the provision of the services or information requested, in particular in the case of the resources or tools made available, or in the case of an application, to allow us to contact you again if a position corresponding to your profile becomes vacant. This data is protected and secured in our system against unauthorized use. Access to this data is strictly limited to authorised persons. Personal data is then destroyed or made anonymous.

5. How do you exercise your rights?

You may exercise your rights to information, rectification, deletion and erasure of the personal data we store at any time by sending your request by email to privacystatement@dosim.ch .
