Lucas Chatelain appointed Head of Innovation & Digitalisation

It is in this context that Lucas Chatelain has been appointed Strategic Innovation & Digitalisation Manager, a key role reporting directly to the Executive Management. His mission is to lead high-value projects, bridging the Group’s strategic vision, client needs and on-the-ground realities, while integrating concrete, sustainable technological solutions. Lucas began his career at DOSIM in operational field roles, before completing his work-study program with the company during his higher education. Over the years, he has gained experience across marketing, QSE and project management, building a strong, cross-functional perspective that now enables him to actively support the company’s evolution.
