Ulrich Jammet appointed QHSE & CSR Director
Ulrich has been with DOSIM since 2013 and has built his career within the company, progressing from Support & QSE to Senior HSE Expert & Facility Support, before taking responsibility for the department as Head of QSE/HSE. Since March 2026, he has held the position of QHSE & CSR Director.
In this role, he contributes to the development of our practices and management system, in line with regulatory requirements and market expectations. He relies on continuous monitoring and a strong ability to anticipate change in order to adapt our approaches and standards on an ongoing basis. His daily work is shaped by the diversity of the sectors in which we operate, making every assignment unique and particularly stimulating, with a strong cross-functional dimension across teams.
Committed to knowledge sharing and development, Ulrich works every day to help teams progress by supporting practices and encouraging skills development.
His vision of the profession is firmly rooted in the long term. In his view, it is based on consistency, humility, rigour and support, with the conviction that the actions undertaken do not always produce immediate results, but require time to become firmly established and generate a lasting impact.
