DOSIM spoke to several students at the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, in order to provide training on Facility Management to its advanced students.
Our experts discussed a wide range of topics, such as the different FM models, the different services and the market in Switzerland. These lectures were followed by practical examples on governance, organisation, KPIs and implementation plans.
Currently, the Facility Management market is evolving and developing rapidly in Switzerland, in all sectors of activity. It is therefore of interest for EHL to train its students in these new management methods and thus to introduce them to the fundamentals.
